Last time I was here was 2018 for an Easter Brunch, but this visit is having breakfast with the wife. Our server was very nice and made sure we were always taken care of. We both ordered the country fried and eggs. We both enjoyed our plates and left us full. The coffee was good too.
    Will be back again.

Marginal at best. Today was my second visit to The Crest Bar & Grill and will definitely be my last. Lured here twice by coworkers who I don't think actually like the food, more just are in a routine of going there.

To start, very weird place. It is a restaurant that looks like it belongs on a golf course but is in fact smack dab in the middle of a mobile home park. Inside it is very dark and old school feeling, with a clientele to match (old, that is).

Last time I came I got a hamburger and fries. While it was "fine," I would chalk up the food to being sustenance at best and a bit lackluster. But whatever, I left with food in my tummy and no negative side effects.

Fast forward to today. It was surprisingly busy when  we arrived, but not so much that it took more than five minutes or so to get seated. Our waitress looked a bit stressed out given the volume, but remained very polite. I ordered a Chipotle (maybe it was Cajun) Chicken Sandwich on toasted sourdough with sweet potato fries and a side of ranch. Apparently, a large table nearby got their order in before ours, leaving us to wait about 20 minutes for food. Whatever. When my entree finally came, I initially noticed regular fries and no ranch. Still, nothing that I was going to get up in arms about. However, half way through my sandwich I discovered I had taken a nice big bite of pink, undercooked chicken. Jesus! I grabbed the waitress, who still hadn't brought me my sweet potato fries, and let her know what happened. I didn't have another 30 minutes to keep waiting for properly and safely cooked food, so I told her just to remove it from the bill. Throughout all this, the sweet potato fries never came.

Even without the pink chicken I would describe this restaurant as "meh." But throw in some pink chicken (likely the result of them rushing due to being busy) and the slow service, I ate my order of plain fries and thought to myself, "Come again?" No thanks.

Spend your money somewhere with a better atmosphere and certainly better food that isn't surrounded by a trailer park. You won't have to look far.

Good service every time. A hidden gem when my family and I want good food with a quieter & more calm  atmosphere on a Friday night.

Food is good every time too. My kids order the cheeeeeeesiest grilled cheese ever. The fresh fruit it comes with is always fresh.

I've gotten salmon, salads, prime rib there and it never fails to satisfy my hunger.

we order Bloody Mary's and for the cheap price they really do make them strong!

II have been here before and think it's a very nice atmosphere for casual dining or you can go in the bar for sports and spirits. The food is reasonably priced on the upper end. This is the old Crest drive in so it's a little nostalgic. I recommend this restaurant.

We dined at this restaurant a year ago and it was okay. This visit we
left feeling as if Crest Bar and Grill caters to locals. Which is great, unless you're not a local. We had planned on eating dinner here but after a couple of cocktails and appetizers, we changed our minds. When we ordered our second beverages, and noticed that they sat on the bar for a  very  long  time before we received them. Our waitress was friendly but absent. At least we were checked on by the bus person twice. He noticed us looking for our waitress. The appetizer sampler that we ordered was just ok. We ended up asking for our check and leaving. I don't believe we would return for a meal.
